In this episode, I interview Kris Ward, the Founder of Win The Hour, Win The Day based in Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is a consulting business and together with her team, they help small business owners with time management and productivity. Crushing clients’ demanding schedule is one of their targets to free clients from exhaustion but promising that their business profits remain growing. Win The Hour, Win The Day was founded in 2006. Kris started by herself and had a tough time during the first three years. As she got more clients, she grew her business as well as her team. Kris then has led authority in building a business by creating a team. For over 15 years in consulting, now a six-figure business with 8 FTEs.
