From being an employee, James has decided to buy the business to start his own career in the business industry. Alpha Tyres was established in 2019 and has been running for over 3 years. With over 5 million annual rate and 15 FTEs.

James has said that growing a small business requires fixing mornings to stay focused on daily tasks. So he says, “Fixing morning is one of the most powerful tools to stay focused.”
