finds valuable lessons in both, despite them not being directly
about business.

Michael recommends "Diary of a CEO" and "Impact
Theory" as great podcasts for professional development. He also
mentions his own podcast as a valuable resource.
4. What tool or resource would you recommend to grow a
small business?
Michael recommends using a calendar scheduling tool
like Calendly to streamline appointment scheduling and avoid the
back-and-forth emails.
5. What advice would you give yourself on day one of
starting out in business?
Michael would advise himself to keep going and never
quit, emphasizing the importance of resilience and focusing on the
