Started his painting business in 1978, aged 18 with no money, no experience, and no connections, and unfortunately failed miserably. However, Terry refused to give up so he has refined his process for business and personal growth through customer engagement and retention. He has seen growth since then, growing his people from 1 to around 12 FTEs and doubling revenue each year.

Terry has been doing something with everything he learned in running a business. Today, Terry is an international speaker and author of, "Attract & Keep Customers for Life."
