Walter founded Icon Blue in 1998, and within its first few years of operation, the company earned multiple awards and was recognized because of its incredible services. For over two decades of operation, Icon Blue became a leading Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) provider of marketing solutions in the United States.

For over five decades in business, Walter has been talking about red flagging. With that, he wrote a book entitled “Think Red Flags” which offers a simple but new proactive approach to achieving a profitable small business.
